Day #27: Review

After your free day is the vision of your story there yet? We’re only a few days away from filling all the blank pages of our book. At this point, the structure of your story should be in place, your chapters should be started, and you should feel good about the twists and turns of your plot.

Day #27 is going to be spent reviewing all the pieces that we have. One thing I’ve learned when it comes to publishing a book is that you can never have enough review sessions. Go through all the pages in your folder and makes notes for changes. Just don’t spend all day fixing them.

The focus of today should be on reviewing and not re-writing. We have next month to do everything in depth. This month is meant to get everything ready now, so that you don’t have as much fixing for NaNoWriMo.

Review, review, and review all day. You only have a few more days to go!

My posts are Monday through Friday.

I’m an author in Minnesota who started out writing and illustrating Children’s books. I’ve published poetry and adult Romance Novels. I created my website and social media to reach out to other writers because the process can be lonely. I wanted to reach out to readers, writers, and those with a dream of finishing “that” novel. I share the advice of other writers and the tools I use to create my stories.
