All things spooky, all day is finally here! Happy Halloween! This is also the last day of Ink and Preptober. The last word prompt of the month might make today interesting. Our word is Risk. Imagine all the kinds of things you could do with words, especially if you use method acting. However, as I mention never do anything that is illegal or harmful to yourself and others.
Take a risk with your writing. Break free from your cookie cutter process if you have one. I’ve read some authors who are known for a genre, and I don’t know if they have “helpers” but some have become bland overtime. Creating a collection that will become classic later is fine but it shouldn’t be that predictable, or why would you read it?
What if you were in the land of the dead, and had the chance to return to from the grave? What kinds of risks would you take at another chance of life? What risks are you willing to take to improve your life? Make today all about what you haven’t been willing to do to get what you want out of life!
New posts will be for NaNoWriMo! My posts are Monday through Friday. Get registered at https://nanowrimo.org.
