Friday Yuck

The weekend is here and I started my day with taking a rest to get over the seasonal bug that’s causing congestion and what I call the Yuck. I guess this is my body’s way of greeting a new season and all I can do is rest. Extra sleep boosted my lack of energy for a few hours this afternoon but I’m keeping a low profile today.

There is some excite today because I made a business investment. I upgraded my phone after 4 years to get an upgrade in a better phone camera and more for my 8,000 plus photos. My miniature worlds need photos that don’t look so gray tone and flat. I think they look good under the light but my old phone doesn’t capture the light that I see. Let’s hope this upgrade is worth all the dollars I had to painfully give out for more storage and a better camera.

Knowing my graceful swagger, my next step is a protective cover and glass cover because my phone has popped out of pockets and spilled out of purses. I manage to get by but make way if I’m tired. You might be caught up in one of my accidents.

My fingers reached the keyboard a little later today but I’m still here and I’m thinking about “The Nightmare Before Christmas”. Someone I know just shared the thick book that’s inspired by the movie. Not only does it come with creepy and cute recipes, it comes with a craft section at the back. I think I’m going to do an Amazon search because they also have a cook book that is Game of Thrones themed.

Will I get more writing done? No, I’m probably going to rest. I do have a goal for this weekend. It’s to get my list building from this week completed. There is some serious focus that’s going to occur over the weekend to prepare for October. Let all things spooky begin.
