I just love waking up to the sound of rain drops on the window and cloudy skies because it’s good writing weather. The best storms let out the the thunder. Up here, we’ve been running dry.
A storm was just what we needed and it fits the fall theme. Some might call the rain misery but I still love it. Sometimes, I picture myself walking down a winding road hidden in Paris holding a red umbrella while I smell the wet midst.
I might not be in Paris but I can still run away with my imagination. Of course, I have to add this to my prompt list. Think about a rainy day and all the things the senses feel and see. Then, write for 10-15 minutes.
Until next week!
